Shipping policy

Shipping: All items purchased from hellaslingshots.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In other words, we do not take responsibility for lost items that track as delivered. We also don't take responsibility for customs fees or customs related malfeasance. If the product is returned to me and the customer requests a refund, I will refund the product cost only.

You ask yourself "what the heck am I going to do with a slingshot?" Here's the thing. We make slingshots, we don't tell you what to do with slingshots. Stick it in your back pocket. Make big plans or make no plans but get outside. You'll know when it's time to use it. Whether you're lobbing rocks into a mirror pond or lobbing rocks at an alligator blocking the trail (true story). The point is you’re outside and you’re going places, hopefully places you shouldn’t be (like abandoned buildings). The slingshot is the perfect catalyst for mischief and you just have to roll with it. Remember it’s the trouble that gets you the story and personally speaking, I'm here for the stories (but also mostly the trouble :)
